 Position Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly skilled
 
 Construction Engineering Manager
 
 to lead and oversee all engineering aspects of our construction projects, with a primary focus on
 
 finishing works
 
 . The ideal candidate have extensive experience in managing high-quality finishing projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and supervise the engineering team across assigned projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, woodwork, aluminum, marble, and other interior/exterior finishes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve technical drawings, engineering designs, and project documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local building codes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop project schedules, monitor execution, and ensure on-time delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical expertise during planning, execution, and project handover stages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit progress and performance reports to senior management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Architecture Engineering
 
 (preferred) or Civil Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 13 years of experience
 
 in construction engineering, with at least
 
 5 years in finishing works management
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of finishing materials, modern construction techniques, and engineering practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in managing large-scale finishing projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
 </li>
