Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineering Manager to lead and oversee all engineering aspects of our construction projects, with a primary focus on finishing works . The ideal candidate have extensive experience in managing high-quality finishing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the engineering team across assigned projects.
• Oversee finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, woodwork, aluminum, marble, and other interior/exterior finishes.
• Review and approve technical drawings, engineering designs, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Develop project schedules, monitor execution, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide technical expertise during planning, execution, and project handover stages.
• Prepare and submit progress and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering (preferred) or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 13 years of experience in construction engineering, with at least 5 years in finishing works management .
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, modern construction techniques, and engineering practices.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale finishing projects.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
