We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. This role is a mix of personal support and office administration to our company Vice President. If you&rsquo;re a problem-solver who can switch gears quickly and speaks both English and Spanish fluently.Must be able to work independently &amp; cooperate with others on teams, listen and communicate clearly orally and in writing with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds &amp; be consistently willing to help others.This is a fast paced, team environment looking for applicants with strong organization skills.Responsibilities:<ul><li>&middot; Work directly with our Company&rsquo;s Vice president and senior management team.</li><li>&middot; Work closely with Vice PresidentHandling errands, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments or trave and other projects some of which require the utmost confidentiality.</li><li>Answering calls, organizing digital/physical files, and handling correspondence in both English and Spanish.</li><li>Acting as a point of contact between the manager, clients, and vendors.</li><li>Assisting with basic data entry, research, or event coordination as requested.</li></ul>Qualification:&middot; High School Graduate&middot; Office work: 1 years (Preferred)&middot; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel): 1 years (Preferred)&middot; Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (Preferred)Most days Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but you&rsquo;re willing to stay until 6:00 PM if a project or task is down to the wire.This opportunity is a full-time position; we are interviewing qualified candidates immediately.
