We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) who is passionate about delivering compassionate, holistic mental health services.In this role, you won&rsquo;t just manage symptoms&mdash;you will foster resilience and recovery. You will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals across diverse populations, collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team that values innovation, clinical excellence, and the human connection at the heart of healthcare.Duties<ul><li>Comprehensive Care: Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, including mental status examinations and diagnostic evaluations, to create individualized, person-centered treatment plans.</li><li>Medication Management: Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with a focus on safety, efficacy, and patient education.</li><li>Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral health strategies tailored to each patient&rsquo;s unique journey.</li><li>Collaborative Practice: Work closely with a team of clinicians to ensure seamless care.</li><li>Modern Delivery: Utilize efficient EMR systems and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms to reach patients where they are.</li><li>Advocacy &amp; Education: Empower patients and their families by providing clear education on mental health conditions, lifestyle modifications, and community resources.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Licensure: * PMHNP: Current RN licensure and Board Certification as a PMHNP.</li><li>PA: Current PA licensure with specialized experience or certification in Psychiatry.</li><li>Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in behavioral health settings.
