We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee record management, payroll coordination, and HR administration. This role is suitable for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in HR processes and employee managementKey Responsibilities :<ul><li>Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling</li></ul>interviews, and conducting initial interviews<ul><li>Ensure all joining, exit, and compliance-related documents are properly maintained and up-to-date.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and update the HRMS portal for employee data, attendance, leaves, and reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and salary-related inputs.</li></ul><ul><li>Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leaves, attendance, and procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare HR reports, MIS, and presentations as required by management.</li></ul>Required Candidate ProfileExperience : 0&ndash;2 years of experience in HR Operations. Graduates or MBA/BMS (HR) &ndash; Freshers can applyAttributes : <ul><li>Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information professionally</li></ul>Technical Skills :<ul><li>Strong computer skills with knowledge of internet</li><li>platforms and AI tools.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and HRMS tools</li><li>Maintain and update employee files, personal records, and HR documentation.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in daily HR operations.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you Join Immediately?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Hr Operations: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
