Job Description- Recruiter- Post job advertisements on platforms such as Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.- Call candidates daily and schedule interviews as per requirements.- Understand job descriptions thoroughly and explain roles clearly to candidates.- Maintain and update candidate records in the database.- Handle both bulk hiring and lateral hiring.Required Candidate Profile- Minimum 0&ndash;2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.- Graduates in relevant fields or MBA/BMS (HR) freshers may also apply.- Target-oriented, disciplined, and result-driven individual.- Good computer skills with knowledge of the internet and AI tools.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
