Executive - HR Operations

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee record management, payroll coordination, and HR administration. This role is suitable for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in HR processes and employee management

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling

interviews, and conducting initial interviews

  • Ensure all joining, exit, and compliance-related documents are properly maintained and up-to-date.
  • Manage and update the HRMS portal for employee data, attendance, leaves, and reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and salary-related inputs.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leaves, attendance, and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and presentations as required by management.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience : 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations. Graduates or MBA/BMS (HR) – Freshers can apply

Attributes :

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Technical Skills :

  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of internet
  • platforms and AI tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and HRMS tools
  • Maintain and update employee files, personal records, and HR documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in daily HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
