We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our team and contribute to driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.</li><li>Explain company services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, etc.) to prospective clients.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate client meetings/demos with the business development/technical team.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients for repeat business.</li><li>Understand client requirements and share proposals/quotations in coordination with the sales team.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidate with 1&ndash;2 years of experience in IT &amp; ITeS sales.</li><li>Strong understanding of web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and branding services.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently with target-driven approach.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a creative and passionate team.</li><li>Professional growth in a fast-paced IT industry.</li><li>Positive and supportive work culture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
