Ltd.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge in Digital Marketing services, Web &amp; Mobile App Development, ERP solutions, Branding &amp; Creative Services, and must be confident in interacting with clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities via calls, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and social outreach.</li><li>Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT services such as:</li><li>Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Ads, ORM)</li><li>Website &amp; Mobile App Development</li><li>ERP / CRM Solutions</li><li>Branding, UI/UX &amp; Creative Services</li><li>Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to effectively communicate value to leads.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing and technical teams for proposals, presentations, and project coordination.</li><li>Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and follow up consistently with prospects.</li><li>Schedule meetings, demos, and client presentations for the senior sales/technical team.</li><li>Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-up until deal closure.</li><li>Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of proven Inside Sales or Business Development experience in the IT/Software/Digital Marketing industry.</li><li>Good understanding of digital marketing, website development, mobile apps, ERP systems, branding, etc.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (English &amp; Malayalam).</li><li>Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.</li><li>Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.</li><li>Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at multitasking.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Attractive incentives</li><li>Growth opportunities in IT sales</li><li>Friendly and creative work environment</li><li>Opportunity to work across multiple industries and service domains</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
