About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge in Digital Marketing services, Web & Mobile App Development, ERP solutions, Branding & Creative Services, and must be confident in interacting with clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities via calls, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and social outreach.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT services such as:
- Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Ads, ORM)
- Website & Mobile App Development
- ERP / CRM Solutions
- Branding, UI/UX & Creative Services
- Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to effectively communicate value to leads.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams for proposals, presentations, and project coordination.
- Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and follow up consistently with prospects.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and client presentations for the senior sales/technical team.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-up until deal closure.
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven Inside Sales or Business Development experience in the IT/Software/Digital Marketing industry.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, website development, mobile apps, ERP systems, branding, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
- Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at multitasking.
