 What You'll Design

 The Role
 
 
 We're looking for a highly skilled and versatile Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team. You'll be the primary editor behind everything we put out &mdash; from punchy Instagram Reels and LinkedIn content to in-depth educational videos, project breakdowns, and high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs). This isn't a role for someone who edits one type of content well. We need someone who can replicate and execute viral styles at a high level, storyboard their own creative ideas from a script, produce custom AI-generated assets, and deliver polished output consistently &mdash; across every format we throw at them.

 What You'll Do
 
 
 Edit and produce a wide range of video content including talking head videos, short-form reels, educational content, project breakdowns, YouTube videos, and video proposals for clients
 
 
 Replicate and execute viral motion graphic styles &mdash; specifically styles seen in creators like Iman Gadzhi and Alex Hormozi &mdash; with a high degree of accuracy and polish. This is a core, non-negotiable part of the role
 
 
 Storyboard smart, creative edit ideas independently based on a provided script and raw footage &mdash; you should be able to take a brief and a pile of clips and map out a compelling visual execution before touching the timeline
 
 
 Create and integrate custom AI-generated assets using AI tools and generation platforms &mdash; you're expected to know these tools and use them to elevate production quality without always relying on stock
 
 
 Maintain a minimum output of 1 minute of fully polished, high-quality edited footage per working day &mdash; the bar here is publication-ready, not rough cut
 
 
 Adapt your editing style to match the platform and objective &mdash; a fast-paced viral reel, a clean LinkedIn talking head, and a long-form VSL are three completely different things and you should be fluent in all of them
 
 
 Work with a variety of source material &mdash; raw footage from our videographer, screen recordings, stock footage, motion graphics, and AI-generated visuals
 
 
 Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Growth Manager to align edits with the overall content strategy and brand identity
 
 
 Stay current with what's actually going viral &mdash; study trends on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn and bring those references proactively into your work
 
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong, diverse portfolio
 
 
 Proven ability to replicate viral motion graphic and reel styles &mdash; your portfolio must demonstrate this, not just describe it. We will be looking for specific style references
 
 
 Strong storyboarding ability &mdash; you can take a script and raw footage and independently map out a smart edit structure before starting production
 
 
 Proficiency with AI tools and AI generation platforms for creating custom visual assets (motion elements, backgrounds, graphics, etc.)
 
 
 Ability to consistently deliver at least 1 minute of fully polished edited footage per day
 
 
 Deep understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, color grading, sound design, and typography across different content styles
 
 
 Comfortable handling all source material types &mdash; filmed footage, screen recordings, stock, motion graphics, and AI-generated assets
 
 
 Proficient in industry-standard editing software (we don't mandate a specific tool &mdash; use what gets the best results)
 
 
 Self-directed and able to manage a varied, fast-moving content pipeline without hand-holding
 
 
 Bonus Points
 
 
 Experience creating content specifically for B2B brands or software/tech companies
 
 
 Motion graphics or After Effects skills beyond basic use
 
 
 Demonstrable experience producing VSLs with modern motion graphic treatments
 
 
 Understanding of what makes content perform on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube algorithmically &mdash; not just aesthetically
 
 
 Experience editing video proposals or client-facing sales content
