<br><p></p><div><div>Essential Responsibilities</div>
<p>
Program Management and Technical Oversight</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide technical support and guidance in developing and revising operational and technical guidelines for both PPM and ECF components.</li>
<li>Ensure regular capacity-building sessions for staff to strengthen their understanding of technical and operational guidelines.</li>
<li>Lead the expansion of GP and private hospital networks, installation of GeneXpert machines, and ensure quality diagnostic services at PPM laboratories as per the GC7 scope.</li>
<li>Facilitate and review monthly work plans for both interventions to ensure inclusion of critical activities and alignment with grant targets.</li>
<li>Foster close collaboration with national and provincial TB control programs to ensure effective implementation.</li>
<li>Participate in technical discussions and working groups convened by NTP, sharing insights, lessons learned, and challenges to enhance program quality.</li>
</ul>
<p>Performance Review and Coordination</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead regular progress review meetings, conduct in-depth analysis of performance indicators, and guide teams in developing actionable plans for improvement.</li>
<li>Manage and supervise the staff under PPM, ECF, and diagnostic components through weekly meetings, providing timely technical and operational support.</li>
<li>Coordinate with SR Project Managers through monthly meetings to obtain field updates, address challenges, and ensure quality implementation.</li>
<li>Oversee quality assurance of diagnostics and ensure adherence to guidelines and protocols across all components.</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with program and technical staff for scale-up of the GeneXpert network in ECF hospitals.</li>
<li>Supervise the CHTB, TPT, and TB&ndash;HIV Coordinator to ensure effective and quality implementation of related interventions.</li>
</ul>
<p>Monitoring, Learning, and Reporting</p>
<ul>
<li>Present progress updates and key findings to the Director TB Program and seek strategic support where required.</li>
<li>Hold regular meetings with the MEL department to review monitoring findings and lead timely corrective actions in coordination with the Advisor Coordination and Reporting.</li>
<li>Contribute to donor reporting by providing timely and evidence-based inputs.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and knowledge sharing across teams.</li>
<li>Jointly discuss and develop field visit plans, review and provide feedback on the field visit reports and make sure that all field-related challenges are addressed timely and appropriately</li>
</ul>
<p>Operational and Financial Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the finance team to analyze Budget versus Actuals (BvA) and ensure financial compliance and efficient resource utilization.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely procurement and distribution of cartridges, PPE, and other essential items.</li>
<li>Conduct periodic field visits to assess implementation quality and provide on-site support to field teams.</li>
<li>Engage regularly with vendors to troubleshoot technical issues with GeneXpert machines and ensure timely resolution.</li></ul></div><p></p>

<li>Generate periodic reports (weekly/fortnightly) and automate reporting processes where possible.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MIS system, including data import/export processes.</li>
<li>Train staff and partners on MIS usage, data entry protocols, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Provide technical support to field staff for mobile and web applications.</li>
<li>Provide technical backstopping for the MIS during the absence of the MIS Coordinator.</li>

<li>Processing Hotel, lunch, repair maintenance, courier, communication, utility and other operational payments.</li>
<li>Strong follow up with finance team regarding timely processing of vendor&rsquo;s payments</li>
<li>Booking of Meetings halls for internal meetings and arrangement of refreshment when required</li>
<li>Assist Sr. Admin officer in petty cash management including approvals and documentation.</li>
<li>Receive all incoming mail and dispatch out-going mail.</li>
<li>Maintain a log register for all outgoing and incoming mail</li>
<li>Maintain the software for office consumables (pantry and stationery)</li>

DHIS2 System Support</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the focal person for DHIS2 at the SR level.</li>
<li>Respond to and resolve field-level DHIS2 queries, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues to the PR DHIS2 team or DMU as required.</li>
<li>Ensure timely creation, updating, and management of organizational units, users, and user roles in DHIS2 (where authorized).</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Data Management
</b></p><ul><li>Oversee the collection, entry, validation, and management of TB data.</li>
<li>Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.</li>
<li>Generate and share periodic data reports with program teams and management for decision-making.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to field teams on identified data gaps or inconsistencies and support them in corrective measures.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Coordination &amp; Communication</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain regular communication with Program Managers, RCs and field teams regarding DHIS2-related issues.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the PR team DHIS2 Advisor and DMU team for technical guidance, updates, and system improvements.</li>
<li>Support integration and alignment of TB program data with other relevant systems and components as directed.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Capacity Building &amp; User Support</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide orientation and refresher trainings to field users on DHIS2 use and reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Share guidance materials, user manuals, and SOPs for smooth system use.</li>
<li>Support and train new staff onboarding on DHIS2-related tasks.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Reporting &amp; Compliance</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate submission of all TB program data reports to the Program Manager and PR.</li>
<li>Contribute to program reviews, evaluations, and audits by providing necessary data and documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and confidentiality protocols.</li></ul></div><p></p>
