Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.</li><li>Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, IRs, NOWs, and DM submittals.</li><li>Maintain project documentation, transmittals, and approval logs.</li><li>Monitor emails and follow up on approvals, replies, and pending submissions.</li><li>Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Prepare weekly project progress reports.</li><li>Review BOQs and prepare quantity take-offs for concrete, steel, formwork, excavation, and civil works.</li><li>Assist in BOQs, variations, and material quantity calculations.</li><li>Prepare subcontractor contracts and process payments based on site work progress percentages.</li><li>Prepare LPOs, obtain approvals, issue to suppliers, and follow up on material deliveries.</li><li>Follow up and close NCRs and SORs from consultants.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications and Dubai Municipality (DM) requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;5 years of experience as a Civil Office Engineer in Dubai.</li><li>Strong knowledge of civil works, quantity surveying, BOQs, and project documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and submissions.</li><li>Experience with shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, IRs, NOWs, DM submissions, NCRs, and SORs.</li><li>Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>do you have 4-5 years of experience in Dubai?</li><li>are you able to join immediately? </li><li>do you have bachelor in civil engineering?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
