What You&rsquo;ll Do:
As our HR Generalist, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in supporting the full employee lifecycle&mdash;from onboarding and engagement to compliance and performance. In this dynamic position, you will:<ul><li>
Administer and enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.</li><li>
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of timekeeping and paid time off tracking.</li><li>
Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communication.</li><li>
Partner with hiring managers on recruiting, onboarding, and background checks.</li><li>
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution.</li><li>
Assist with performance management processes and development plans.</li><li>
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate insightful reports.</li><li>
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building events.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.</li></ul>
Our Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of HR experience with broad generalist exposure.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of HR laws, practices, and systems.</li><li>
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>
Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
A positive, solutions-focused attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference.</li></ul>
