We are seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to join our team, specializing in concrete and block work for residential projects.Work Location / Service Area:South Jersey &amp; Philadelphia region (travel between job sites required)Pay:$35&ndash;$40 per hour (based on experience)Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and lead masonry crews on residential job sites</li><li>Perform and supervise layout, form setting, and block work</li><li>Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and plans</li><li>Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily workflow</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in masonry (concrete &amp; block)</li><li>Foreman or leadership experience preferred</li><li>Strong layout and form-setting skills</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to pass a drug test</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li></ul>Preferred (but not required):<ul><li>Ability to operate equipment (skid steer, etc.)</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay</li><li>Steady, year-round work</li><li>Opportunity for growth</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourWork Location: In person
