Masonry Foreman (Residential Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to join our team, specializing in concrete and block work for residential projects.

Work Location / Service Area:

South Jersey & Philadelphia region (travel between job sites required)

Pay:

$35–$40 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead masonry crews on residential job sites
• Perform and supervise layout, form setting, and block work
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily workflow

Requirements:

• Proven experience in masonry (concrete & block)
• Foreman or leadership experience preferred
• Strong layout and form-setting skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred (but not required):

• Ability to operate equipment (skid steer, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
