Landscape Foreman / Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman / Driver to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, supervise a team of landscapers, and ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to deliver quality maintenance to residential and commercial properties
• Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to transport materials and crew members to job sites

Skills

• 3+ years of landscaping maintenance experience
• Ideal candidate will have experience leading a crew. The right candidate will be trained, if they're short on leadership experience
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and ensure safety compliance
