Sonyx Solutions is a growing, family-owned fencing company serving Grand Forks and surrounding areas. We install high-quality vinyl, wood, and chain-link fences for residential and light commercial clients.

We are building a dependable crew and looking for individuals who want steady work, clear leadership, and the opportunity to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Install and repair residential fences
• Measure and prepare job sites
• Set posts and secure panels properly
• Assemble and install gates
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Represent the company professionally with customers

You will work outdoors and be physically active. This is hands-on work that requires focus and effort.

We can teach fencing skills.
We cannot teach reliability, punctuality, or attitude.

Experience in construction, farming, landscaping, or trades is a plus — but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

If you struggle with attendance, commitment, or accountability, this will not be the right fit.

Compensation & Growth

• $20–$30 per hour depending on experience and performance
• Performance-based raises
