We install high-quality vinyl, wood, and chain-link fences for residential and light commercial clients.We are building a dependable crew and looking for individuals who want steady work, clear leadership, and the opportunity to grow.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Install and repair residential fences</li><li>Measure and prepare job sites</li><li>Set posts and secure panels properly</li><li>Assemble and install gates</li><li>Use hand tools and power tools safely</li><li>Keep job sites clean and organized</li><li>Represent the company professionally with customers</li></ul>You will work outdoors and be physically active. This is hands-on work that requires focus and effort.What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe can teach fencing skills. We cannot teach reliability, punctuality, or attitude.The right candidate will:<ul><li>Show up on time, every time</li><li>Take instructions seriously</li><li>Work well with a team</li><li>Have physical stamina and strength</li><li>Be willing to learn and improve</li><li>Take pride in doing the job right</li></ul>Experience in construction, farming, landscaping, or trades is a plus &mdash; but not required.
