Waste Management Operations SupervisorWork Location: Mussafah, Abu DhabiMersat Waste Management is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate our waste collection operations. This role demands strong leadership, operational discipline, and a clear understanding of frontline challenges in waste management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily waste collection and disposal operations across assigned routes and sites.</li><li>Supervise drivers and helpers to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.</li><li>Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance schedules, and safe driving practices.</li><li>Ensure adherence to operational timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Implement and enforce Health &amp; Safety standards across all activities.</li><li>Prepare shift schedules, assign manpower, and ensure optimal resource allocation.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between field teams and management, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.</li><li>Maintain records of operations, reporting, and performance KPIs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven supervisory experience in waste management, logistics, or related operations.</li><li>Strong leadership and team coordination skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Health &amp; Safety practices is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to communicate fluently in English and Hindi (written and verbal).</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.</li><li>Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to operational requirements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExpected Start Date: 09/10/2025
