Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients across target market segments
• Present and promote Mersat Environmental Services in a professional and compelling manner
• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions
• Prepare and send service proposals and quotations
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed contracts
• Manage annual contract renewals and client retention strategies
• Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communication history
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Coordinate internally with operations and management to ensure service delivery alignment
