About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Analyst to join Metal's inbound growth team and own a portfolio of initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is a generalist role built for someone who thrives across channels &mdash; equally comfortable writing a newsletter, organising a webinar, and owning Metal's AI search visibility. You'll be a key contributor to Metal's growth engine, with ownership of specific programs and the autonomy to shape how they evolve.
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Own and grow Metal's newsletter audience &mdash; from content planning and writing to distribution, performance tracking, and iteration.</li><li>
Own Metal's webinar and events programme &mdash; end-to-end ownership of logistics, content, speaker coordination, and follow-up sequences.</li><li>
Support Metal's AI visibility strategy, identifying and executing on opportunities to ensure Metal surfaces prominently in AI-assisted search and discovery contexts.</li><li>
Contribute to broader inbound growth initiatives, bringing analytical rigour and creative thinking to campaigns and experiments.</li></ul>
What We're Looking For
Non-negotiable qualities<ul><li>
Generalist range: comfortable owning diverse workstreams without needing a narrow lane.</li><li>
Bias to action: launches, iterates, and improves &mdash; doesn't wait for perfect conditions.</li><li>
Strong written communication: can produce clear, compelling copy for newsletters, event briefs, and internal reporting alike.</li><li>
Curiosity about AI: genuinely interested in how AI is changing discovery, content, and growth.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience owning a newsletter, events programme, or similar owned-channel initiative.</li><li>
Experience working in early-stage, fast-moving environments.</li><li>
Bonus: familiarity with SEO, AI search optimisation, or venture/startup ecosystems.</li></ul>
