About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Analyst to join Metal's inbound growth team and own a portfolio of initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is a generalist role built for someone who thrives across channels — equally comfortable writing a newsletter, organising a webinar, and owning Metal's AI search visibility. You'll be a key contributor to Metal's growth engine, with ownership of specific programs and the autonomy to shape how they evolve.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow Metal's newsletter audience — from content planning and writing to distribution, performance tracking, and iteration.

• Own Metal's webinar and events programme — end-to-end ownership of logistics, content, speaker coordination, and follow-up sequences.

• Support Metal's AI visibility strategy, identifying and executing on opportunities to ensure Metal surfaces prominently in AI-assisted search and discovery contexts.

• Contribute to broader inbound growth initiatives, bringing analytical rigour and creative thinking to campaigns and experiments.

What We're Looking For

Non-negotiable qualities

• Generalist range: comfortable owning diverse workstreams without needing a narrow lane.

• Bias to action: launches, iterates, and improves — doesn't wait for perfect conditions.

• Strong written communication: can produce clear, compelling copy for newsletters, event briefs, and internal reporting alike.

• Curiosity about AI: genuinely interested in how AI is changing discovery, content, and growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience owning a newsletter, events programme, or similar owned-channel initiative.

• Experience working in early-stage, fast-moving environments.

• Bonus: familiarity with SEO, AI search optimisation, or venture/startup ecosystems.
