 We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
 
 CNC Machine Operator
 
 to set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or other equipment)
 </li>
 <li>
 Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain production records and report any defects or issues
 </li>

 Requirements and Qualifications:

 Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and understand technical drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and quality control

 Good problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 High school diploma or technical certification preferred
 </li>
