We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or other equipment)
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain production records and report any defects or issues

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or technical certification preferred
