Assistant Manager Civil (Textile Industry)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction and maintenance work in the textile factory.
• Manage building structures, roads, drainage, and plant infrastructure.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Monitor repair & maintenance of factory buildings and utilities.
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project reports.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control during civil works.

Qualification

• BSc Civil Engineering (PEC Registered preferred).

Experience

• 3–5 years experience in civil works, preferably in textile or industrial projects.

Skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, project supervision.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Experience with industrial buildings or factory construction is a plus.
