We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Payables

Role Overview:
Human Capital is seeking a meticulous and proactive Assistant Manager – Payables to manage vendor payments and ensure smooth accounts payable operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate financial records, build strong vendor relationships, and support overall cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounts payable operations and ensure timely payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams on invoice approvals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payables transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or finance roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and payables management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
