Job Overview
Human Capital is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Receivables to manage accounts receivable operations. The role focuses on ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in improving cash flow and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities and maintain accurate records.

· Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.

· Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

· Prepare regular receivables reports for management review and decision-making.

· Assist in implementing credit policies and effective collection strategies.

· Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance roles.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and receivables management.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
