Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Quality Assurance & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee grain quality control and warehouse operations at our sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that procured commodities meet company standards while managing efficient storage, handling, and dispatch processes. This role requires strong knowledge of grain quality inspection, warehouse management practices, and the ability to supervise operational teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee quality inspection and grading of procured grains in accordance with company standards.

· Supervise grain receiving, proper storage, stacking, and dispatch activities at the warehouse.

· Monitor moisture levels, sampling methods, and ensure compliance with quality parameters.

· Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper warehouse documentation.

· Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth daily site operations.

· Implement preventive measures to avoid stock losses, damage, pilferage, and quality deterioration.

· Assist in internal and external audits, inspections, and operational reporting.

· Supervise warehouse staff and monitor their daily performance and productivity.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and quality control procedures.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in grain quality inspection, warehouse supervision, or agri-commodity handling.

· Strong understanding of grain grading standards, sampling procedures, and moisture testing methods.

· Hands-on experience in warehouse operations including receiving, stacking, storage, and dispatch management.

· Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to manage warehouse staff and daily operations effectively.
