Job Title: Warehouse Executive (Food)
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: ADP Commerce, B.Com (2 years), or equivalent.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in inventory management, warehouse operations, or raw material handling, preferably in the food or milk industry.
Skills:

• Strong expertise in Food raw material inventory management and operations.
• Hands-on experience in handling raw materials and packing materials.
• Knowledge of food industry standards and practices related to raw material storage.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office tools.
• Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD365)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of raw materials and packing materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement and monitor food raw material processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of food raw materials.
• Conduct regular audits and prepare reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and stock movements.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all food raw material store activities.
• Train and supervise food raw material store staff to maintain high standards of operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, particularly in the food industry.
