Job Brief

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for carrying out daily warehouse operations including accurate loading and unloading of trucks, order picking, packing, wrapping, labelling, and processing shipments. The role ensures all goods are handled, stored, and dispatched according to customer specifications and company standards, with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Job Description

• Accurate pallet building as per stacking pattern
• Accurate checking of receiving and dispatching of product
• Labor Management at dock
• Timely report any product damages to his Team Leader
• Accurate loading and unloading trucks, order picking, wrapping products, packing, labeling shipping and receiving as per customer requirement
• Ensure products are stored in the correct location and properly stacked on pallets or shelves.
• Promptly report on tasks completed individually and ensures probable discrepancies are brought to the attention of the Team Leader
• Ensure put-away task done accurately and in timely fashion
• Ensure efficient usage of Material handling equipment MHE’s
• Timely reporting of any out of order MHE to maintenance department
• Upkeep and safety of the storage systems installed / used in the warehouse
• Ensure housekeeping of his dock while receiving/Shipment
• Clean and maintain work area as per Quality Standards
• Timely inform each incident or accident to his Team Leader
• Observe HSE Policies / procedure
• Maintain exemplary discipline while on duty

Job Specification

• Graduation in supply chain preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in multi-tier pallet warehouse.
