Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Amazon Wholesale Assistant to support our wholesale operations team. The ideal candidate will assist with product research, supplier coordination, pricing analysis, and documentation. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent spreadsheet management, and the ability to evaluate wholesale opportunities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on brands, products, pricing, and quality to support informed procurement decisions and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and Suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and accurate information flow.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective and favorable agreements for the organization.
- Develop and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with company standards.
- Close supplier deals based on profitability, margins, and overall business value.
- Identify issues, analyze data, and apply problem-solving skills to improve procurement efficiency while maintaining an ownership mindset.
- Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain an organized workflow to ensure timely completion of all procurement activities.
- Monitor market trends, evaluate potential risks, and support planning and execution of procurement strategies that align with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Amazon FBA wholesale, sourcing, or related operations.
- Strong command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and areas for process improvement.
Skills & Competencies
- Experience with Amazon FBA (Wholesale or Online Arbitrage).
- Strong expertise in Keepa and Helium10.
- Excellent command of Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of supplier communication, RFQs, and purchase orders.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
- High accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.

3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Evening Shift)
