Procurement Assistant (Pharma)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process purchase orders
  • Coordinate and follow up with vendors and suppliers
  • Collect and compare quotations from suppliers
  • Maintain inventory and stock records
  • Monitor delivery schedules and order status
  • Enter and manage procurement data in ERP/software
  • Verify purchase invoices and related documentation
  • Conduct market research for pricing and supplier evaluation
  • Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments

Requirements:

  • B.Com, BBA, MBA Supply Chain, or relevant qualification
  • 0-1 years of procurement experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Strong command of MS Excel and ERP software
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
