As a rapidly expanding company, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer who is responsible for sourcing and purchasing industrial machinery and services at competitive prices while ensuring quality and timely delivery. The role involves managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure quality materials and services at competitive prices.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Analyze market trends to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and delivery information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.

· Ensure compliance with legal and ethical procurement practices.Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field.
• Fresh or 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP.)
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Skills:

• International sourcing and customs procedures.
• Proficient in English communication
