Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant — Lucky Aluminium (Pvt.) Ltd.

Location: Sales Office, Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Karachi

Type: Full-time, on-site

What you'll do:

Handle walk-in customers and fabricators at the sales counter

Take and record orders accurately; coordinate with the factory for dispatch

Follow up with customers on quotations, deliveries and payments

Maintain order registers, customer records and daily sales reports

Occasionally visit project sites and fabricator workshops with the sales team

What we're looking for:

Intermediate / Bachelor's degree

1–3 years in a sales, counter-sales or customer-facing role (aluminium, hardware, building materials or a related trade is a plus, but we will train the right person)

Comfortable with MS Excel and WhatsApp-based customer communication

Clear, polite communication in Urdu; basic English

Residing in or near Shaheed-e-Millat Road / Bahadurabad / PECHS / Tariq Road / Sharfabad, or able to commute there easily every day

Willing to step out of the office for site and customer visits when required
