CPA Sales Assistant

Job Title: Sales Associate – Upwork & Lead Generation (Night Shift)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-site Preferred / Remote if qualified) Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT)

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and commission-driven Sales Associate to manage our Upwork presence and generate new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset, previous BPO or US sales experience, and the drive to consistently exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the company's Upwork profile. Identify and bid on high-quality Upwork opportunities. Qualify leads and manage the complete sales funnel. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Schedule discovery calls and coordinate with the leadership team. Follow up with prospects until deals are closed. Maintain CRM and sales pipeline with accurate updates. Meet weekly and monthly sales KPIs. Continuously improve proposal quality and conversion rates. Research new business opportunities and additional lead generation channels. Requirements 2+ years of experience in BPO, US sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role. Experience managing Upwork or other freelancing platforms is highly preferred. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working during Pakistan night hours. Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented. Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs1,500,000.00 per month
