Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Scraper / Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team by finding and compiling high-quality business leads. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using data scraping tools and online research techniques to identify potential clients for our digital services (websites, UI/UX, branding, and logo design).
Key Responsibilities
- Research and scrape business data (company names, contact persons, emails, phone numbers, websites, social profiles) from platforms like LinkedIn, Google Maps, business directories, and other sources
- Use scraping tools/software (e.g., Apollo, Hunter.io, Phantombuster, Apify, Octoparse, or similar) to automate lead generation
- Filter and qualify leads based on target industry, location, and company size
- Organize and maintain lead databases/sheets (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM)
- Verify accuracy and validity of collected data (working emails, active businesses)
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads
- Stay updated on data scraping tools, techniques, and compliance practices
Requirements
- 6 months–1 year of experience in data scraping, lead generation, or market research (freshers with relevant skills may also apply)
- Familiarity with scraping tools (Apollo, Hunter.io, Apify, Octoparse, Phantombuster, etc.) or willingness to learn
- Strong skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets (filtering, sorting, data cleaning)
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly lead targets
