About the Role

Zulekha Group is seeking a motivated and confident Female Real Estate Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team at our Bahadurabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, following up with leads, and converting prospects into potential buyers through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on generated leads.
• Handle incoming inquiries from social media campaigns, property portals, and marketing activities.
• Explain project details, apartment options, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.

Requirements

Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's Degree Preferred
1–2 Years of Experience in Tele Sales, Call Center, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales
Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills
Strong Follow-Up & Lead Management Ability
Basic Computer Skills (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
Professional Attitude and Target-Oriented Mindset
