Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Lakhani Group is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record of successfully closing deals.

Preferred Background:
Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in sales and customer support within the real estate sector will be given preference, particularly those who have worked with organizations such as Roomi Associates, Saima Group, GFS Builders & Developers, Zameen.com, or Graana.com.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Creative thinking with commercial awareness
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Good knowledge of the Karachi real estate market
  • Open to both male and female candidates

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects
  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and site visits
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver project presentations
  • Arrange and manage site visits for prospective clients
  • Follow up with leads and clients to ensure successful deal closures
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and databases
  • Coordinate with the marketing and recovery teams when required

11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
