Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, or investing in properties, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on real estate leads.
  • Assist clients in property selection based on their requirements and budget.
  • Conduct property visits and site tours.
  • Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Negotiate deals and facilitate property transactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients and prospects.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor projects.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • Valid driving license is an advantage.
