Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property presentations and site visits
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment options
• Follow up with prospects and close sales deals
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Stay updated on market trends and property developments

Requirements

• Experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sales and client-handling abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
