Urban Communication is looking for a confident and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our growing team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior sales experience, and good IT knowledge to understand and explain technical terminologies and software-related solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings
Present and explain software solutions professionally
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and onboarding
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred
Previous experience in Sales is required
Experience in Software / IT Sales will be an advantage
Good understanding of IT and technical terminology
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred
