Position Overview

We are looking for Field Sales Executives / Field Sales Officers for our Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad offices. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, maturing leads, and closing sales for our logistics and freight services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients requiring logistics and freight services.
• Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through networking and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to mature leads and convert them into customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent client service.

Requirements

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain services will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to travel within the assigned city for client meetings.
• Own motorcycle and valid driving license preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month
• Fuel Allowance: 25 Liters per Month
