Accounts and Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
• Perform regular bank reconciliations
• Monitor and manage company cash flow
• Reconcile general ledgers accurately
• Generate sales tax invoices
• Maintain withholding tax and sales tax records
• Liaise with banks for financial transactions
• Manage and track work orders efficiently
• Analyze sales performance, targets, and trends
• Support the Finance Manager with assigned tasks

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or a related degree in Finance/Accounting
• Experience: 1–2 years in a similar position
