Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring an Assistant Manager – Travel Desk for its client in the Insurance sector based in Lahore. We are looking for an experienced and organized professional to manage end-to-end travel operations for employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Travel Desk operations
  • Issue domestic and international air tickets for employees
  • Arrange hotel accommodations and local/ international pick & drop services
  • Process employee visa applications and arrange foreign currency as required
  • Verify hotel and air-ticket invoices and coordinate payments
  • Maintain monthly travel MIS reports
  • Manage company pool cars

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Graduation)
  • 4–6 years of experience working in a Travel Agency or similar travel management role
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
