We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Production

Are
you an experienced Production Professional ready to take the next step in your
career? We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Assistant Manager –
Production to join our Production Department at a leading company.

This
role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to efficient production
operations, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key
Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations to achieve targets for output, quality,
and efficiency

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and safety standards

Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, and Quality teamsfor smooth workflow

Monitor raw material utilization and production wastage for cost-effective
operations

Lead, train, and motivate production staff while providing performance feedback

Prepare production reports, analyze data, and recommend process improvements

Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocolswithin the production area

Support capacity planning, production scheduling, and preventive maintenance

Requirements

Experience: 5–7 years in Production Management within the Pharmaceutical
Industry

Education: B.Pharm / Pharm D

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery operations, and quality
assurance systems

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
