We are looking for an AM Production & Inventory who is responsible for overseeing production planning, monitoring manufacturing processes, and managing inventory levels to ensure efficient operations. The role ensures optimal utilization of resources, accurate inventory control, and timely production to meet organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for all finished products.

· Establish and monitor standard consumption levels for raw and packing materials.

· Ensure production processes follow defined quality and cost standards.

· Maintain updated raw material rates and monitor market inflation impact.

· Analyze vendor price variance and control procurement costs.

· Ensure material consumption remains aligned with approved standards.

· Monitor Standard vs Actual Yield in production.

· Track waste and variance and record them within Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

· Investigate and report reasons for abnormal losses.

· Conduct periodic physical inventory checks.

· Reconcile system inventory with BOM standards for: Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods, Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

· Maintain optimal stock levels for raw and packing materials stores.

· Provide timely alerts and reports to relevant departments in case of shortages or excess stock.

· Plan production schedules according to sales demand and inventory levels.

· Monitor production execution and report operational issues or delays.

· Compare Production Standards vs Actual Output.

· Report short or surplus production along with root cause analysis.

· Monitor the complete inventory cycle from Raw Material to Finished Goods.

· Identify and manage liquidity or stock complexity points affecting operations.

· Open and close production work orders in SAP Business One.

· Ensure complete traceability of materials and production batches.

· Record and analyze labor cost per work order on a daily and monthly basis.

· Allocate utility costs (electricity, gas, water) to production for accurate cost calculation.

· Verify production dispatches from factory to customers.

· Reconcile sales invoices with physical product dispatch and receiving records.

· Prepare monthly production forecasts.

· Conduct Material Resource Planning (MRP) and finalize requirements with the procurement department.

Manage returned finished goods from all sales channels such as:

• HORECA
• IMT / Modern Trade
• General Trade
• Arrange reprocessing or disposal as per company policy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration (BBA).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in production planning or inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, BOM).
