Treasury & Foriegn Exchange (FOREX) Manager

Role Summary

The Treasury & FX Manager will own day‐to‐day treasury operations and FX execution across multiple currencies, ensuring optimal buy/sell timing, stable liquidity for payouts, minimized FX slippage, efficient prefunding, and improved corridor profitability. This role is critical to maximizing margins and ensuring smooth settlement across USD, EUR, GBP, SEK, and other currencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute FX buy/sell decisions for USD, EUR, GBP, SEK, and other relevant currencies.
  • Monitor market trends, FX volatility, and macroeconomic drivers impacting currency movements.
  • Improve FX spread management and reduce slippage through structured execution strategies.
  • Manage liquidity and prefunding requirements across corridors to prevent payout delays.
  • Forecast inflows/outflows and manage daily multi‐currency cash positions.
  • Define treasury limits, controls, and approval workflows (maker‐checker framework).
  • Maintain audit‐ready treasury documentation and internal controls.
  • Manage relationships with banks, FX counterparties, and liquidity providers.
  • Negotiate pricing, spreads, and execution terms with financial institutions.
  • Provide daily treasury position reporting and monthly FX performance analysis.

Required Experience

  • 6–12+ years of experience in treasury, FX dealing, banking treasury operations, or multi‐currency liquidity management.
  • Strong hands‐on experience with USD, EUR, and GBP (mandatory).
  • Experience in remittance, fintech payments, exchange companies, or banking treasury is
  • strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of FX markets, settlement timing, liquidity risk, and spread optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to operate in a high‐pressure, fast‐moving financial environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
