Role Summary As the Plant Head, you will take full ownership of the entire calcium carbide manufacturing operation in a high-energy, electric arc furnace environment. Your leadership will drive safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-competitive production while optimizing power usage, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a high-performing team in Pakistan&rsquo;s industrial landscape.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including electric arc furnaces (EAF), lime kilns, raw material handling, carbide tapping, crushing, and packaging.</li><li>Deliver against key performance targets in production volume, product quality, cost efficiency, and safety.</li><li>Manage power-intensive processes, collaborating closely with the industrial zone authority and local DISCO to secure reliable supply and minimize disruptions.</li><li>Champion optimization of specific power consumption and maximize furnace availability/uptime.</li><li>Maintain full compliance with the Factories Act, provincial OSH regulations, PEPA 1997, EPA standards, and NEQS requirements.</li><li>Lead maintenance programs, planned shutdowns, furnace relining campaigns, and strategic spares inventory management.</li><li>Control operational expenditure (OPEX) and capital projects (CAPEX), with strong focus on power, raw materials, electrodes, and refractories.</li><li>Build, develop, and motivate plant teams while effectively managing industrial relations and contractor workforce.</li><li>Serve as the key point of contact for regulators, auditors, government bodies, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Drive debottlenecking initiatives, process improvements, efficiency gains, and support future expansion projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs700,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Role Summary You will provide strategic leadership for the full spectrum of human resources and corporate communications. This dual role combines shaping people strategies that fuel business success with building strong internal engagement and external brand reputation, all while ensuring full regulatory compliance and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.Core Responsibilities Human Resources Leadership<ul><li>Formulate and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that directly support the company&rsquo;s vision, goals, and growth.</li><li>Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation &amp; benefits, learning &amp; development, and employee relations.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Pakistani labour laws, regulations, and internal standards.</li><li>Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive, engaging workplace environment.</li><li>Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the executive team on people matters.</li></ul>Communications &amp; Branding<ul><li>Design and deliver impactful internal communications that inform, engage, and motivate employees.</li><li>Manage external communications, media relations, public relations, corporate storytelling, and brand consistency.</li><li>Develop and maintain aligned messaging that reflects company values and strategic direction.</li><li>Lead crisis communications preparedness and response.</li><li>Support CSR initiatives and stakeholder relationship management where relevant.</li></ul>Team &amp; Functional Leadership<ul><li>Build, mentor, and inspire a high-calibre HR and Communications team.</li><li>Drive adoption of modern HR tech, digital tools, and communication platforms to enhance efficiency and employee experience.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>12&ndash;15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior/head-level roles.</li><li>Strong expertise in strategic HR, organisational development, talent management, and employee engagement.</li><li>Solid knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and compliance requirements.</li><li>Communications, branding, public relations, or corporate affairs experience is highly desirable.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen</li><li>Outstanding leadership and change leadership capabilities</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills</li><li>Superior written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>High levels of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs700,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HR Leadership: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
