Treasury Officer

Maintain accurate daily cash balances and prepare daily cash position reports.

  • Support cash flow forecasting to ensure availability of operational funds.
  • Monitor petty cash reimbursements and ensure proper documentation.
  • Process vendor payments, salaries, utilities, taxes, and other banking transactions.
  • Handle bank deposits, fund transfers, online banking operations, and cheque issuance.
  • Ensure all payments comply with the approved authorization matrix and SOPs.
  • Maintain secure custody of cheque books and banking instruments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies with banks and internal departments.
  • Track outstanding cheques and pending transactions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury MIS reports.
  • Maintain proper records of treasury transactions and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing schedules for internal and external audits.
  • Support the Assistant Manager Treasury in treasury planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury SOPs, financial policies, and internal controls.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of banking and financial information.
  • Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or financial risks immediately.
  • Record treasury transactions accurately in Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Ensure timely posting and validation of transactions in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with IT/ERP teams to resolve treasury-related system issues.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 48.0 per week

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Finance, Accounts, Banking, Treasury : 1 year (Required)
