Account Executive (Manufacturing Industry)

About the Company:
Si Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed importer and supplier of printing consumables and chemicals. We are expanding our operations and looking for a talented and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

· Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.

· Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.

· Support external and internal audit requirements.

· Bank reconciliations.

· Have knowledge of Taxes.

· Familiar with import documentation will be plus point.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com / M.Com / ACCA / ICMA).

· 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (experience in industrial or import-based companies will be an advantage).

· Strong command of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, or Odoo).

· Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
