Working Hours (Ramadan): Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 50,000

Role Description

We are currently seeking a reliable Accounts & Finance Officer to support daily financial operations and maintain accurate accounting records. The role involves assisting with documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple finance-related tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in routine accounting tasks and financial record management.
• Maintain organized documentation including vouchers and transaction records.
• Support reconciliation of accounts and verify financial data.
• Collect and consolidate financial information from various departments.
• Prepare basic reports and assist in internal financial analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial transactions.
• Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation purposes.
• Assist in month-end closing and internal review processes.
• Coordinate with teams for payment tracking and follow-ups.
• Handle additional finance-related assignments as required.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or similar field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts or finance roles.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel (including commonly used formulas).
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
